摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical heat pump using a novel water vapor absorption/desorption type thermal storage material composition, improving a thermal storage amount per unit mass or unit volume, capable of storing heat by causing a dehydration endoergic reaction at about 100-350°C, and causing a hydration exothermic reaction by water vapor exposure. SOLUTION: In the chemical heat pump, the followings are combined: a hydration exothermic reaction by a composition where at least one of hygroscopic metallic salts is added to an oxide of magnesium or calcium, and a dehydration endoergic reaction of a hydroxide corresponding to the oxide; or a hydration exothermic reaction by a composition where at least one of hygroscopic metallic salts is added to a composite oxide of magnesium and at least one of metal components selected from a group comprising nickel, cobalt, copper, and aluminum, and a dehydration endoergic reaction of a composite hydroxide corresponding to the composite oxide.
