PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifying system requiring no replenishing work. SOLUTION: An indoor unit 2 is provided with: a first blower fan 21 for generating an air flow; a humidifying member 22 arranged in the air flow generated by the first air fan 21 and formed of a moisture permeating film to have a hollow part inside; and an indoor heat exchanger 23 arranged in the air flow generated by the first air fan 21 and functioning as a condenser arranged upstream of the humidifying member 22, and is installed indoors. A bathroom unit 3 is provided with: a second air fan 31 for generating an air flow; and a dehumidifying member 32 arranged in the air flow generated by the second air fan 31, and formed of a moisture permeating film to have a hollow part inside, and is installed in a bathroom. A circulation unit 4 is composed so that an absorbing liquid for absorbing water vapor flows inside the humidifying member 22 and the dehumidifying member 32, and is circulated between the humidifying member 22 and the dehumidifying member 32.
