PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of positively preventing vibration of a twisted plate during use of the heat exchanger by fixing an inner pipe with the twisted plate and extending the service life of the heat exchanger by improving corrosion resistance of the inner pipe. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger (refrigerant-to-water heat exchanger 22) includes an outer pipe 42, and the inner pipe 44 disposed in the outer pipe 42 with a prescribed clearance. The twisted plate 46 having a spiral shape in the longitudinal direction is inserted in the inner pipe 44. The inner pipe 44 is reduced in diameter, and the entire outer edge of the spiral of the twisted plate 46 is press-fixed to the inner face of the inner pipe 44. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
