PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion heater capable of stably forming a flame without increase in cost and improving heating efficiency. SOLUTION: This combustion heater has an inner tube 20 having therein a combustion gas supply path 21, and an outer tube 10 disposed around the outer periphery of the inner tube with a combustion space 30. Hole parts 24 for jetting a combustion gas G are formed in the wall of the inner tube. A combustion gas stagnation point S is formed on the inner peripheral surface 10A of the outer tube, and the combustion gas is jetted with jetting properties which form a circulation flow around the stagnation point.
