PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when the thickness of a valve mounting section is set up to be thin in order to improve the efficiency of a compressor in a conventional structure and compression efficiency is improved by decreasing a dead volume of a discharge outlet, since the thickness of a valve mounting section becomes thin and differential pressure between discharge pressure and suction pressure is made to act on the outside and the inside of an upper bearing, a section facing an internal side of a cylinder inner wall of the thin valve mounting section expands inward by being pushed by the differential pressure, and brings into contact with an end face of a piston, and worn. SOLUTION: A rotary compressor can eliminates the section facing an inner side rather than the cylinder inner wall 3a of the valve mounting section 6 by forming the valve mounting section 6 except a discharge outlet ring 14 at an outer side rather than the cylinder inner wall 3a.
