UNIT FOR ROLLER CONVEYOR, AND ROLLER CONVEYOR USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller conveyor with excellent maintenability and with improved controllability in conveyance speed, by facilitating attachment/detachment of a unit for a roller conveyor to/from the roller conveyor and improving a rotational responsiveness in each unit for a roller conveyor. SOLUTION: The unit for a roller conveyor includes: a single roller body 12 or a plurality of roller bodies 12 constituting a conveyance surface conveying a conveyed object 200; motors 14 as drive means rotary-driving the roller bodies 12 separately; holding frames 16 holding the roller bodies 12 and the motors 14, respectively; conveyed object detection means 18 detecting that the conveyed object 200 is placed on the conveyance face; and a control part 30 controlling power supply to the motors 14 based on detection results of the conveyed object detection means 18.
