PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching die in which galling is not caused between a key and a key way even when eccentric load acts on the blade part of a punch. SOLUTION: In the punching die which is provided with upper and lower working bodies 7, 13 provided with the blade part 13B of the punch in the lower end inside a cylindrical punch guide 3 in a freely vertically movable manner and has constitution in which is a key 19 provided to the upper and lower working bodies 7, 13 is engaged with a vertical key way 21 formed on the punch guide 3 freely slidably, in order to prevent the galling caused by the key 19 and the key way 21 by permitting fine inclination of the upper and lower working bodies 7, 13 to the punch guide 3 inside the fine clearance between the punch guide 3 and the upper and lower working bodies 7, 13, the key 19 is provided so as be oscillated with respect to the upper and lower working bodies and a solid lubricant 25 is provided to both surfaces where the key 19 and the key way 21 come into slidable contact with each other.
