A coupling structure of a surgical instrument includes a housing(10) and a plurality of driving wheels(20). The plurality of driving wheels are mounted on the housing. The plurality of driving wheels are stacked in the direction of the driving shaft(22). The driving shaft is at right angles to the disk surface of the plurality of driving wheels. The driving shaft passes through the center of the disk surface of the plurality of driving wheels. A plurality of actuators(40) transmit the driving force to the plurality of driving wheels. A plurality of wires(24) are wound around the plurality of driving wheels. The plurality of wires delivers the driving force to an operating unit(26). The width of the housing corresponds to a total of the thickness of the plurality of driving wheels.
