It is ensured by mixing preparation Vasaprostan 20 mkg and human albumin 10% 100 ml. The mixture is incubated in a thermostat within 20 min at temperature 37C and then slowly introduced to a patient intravenously drop-by-drop within 2-3 hours, once a day.
