摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust an optical axis and light intensity distribution of a semiconductor laser with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor laser 21 fixed on a stem part 22 is held between first and holders 23 and 25 to be fixed. A first protruded part 33 is formed on the surface 32 of the first holder 23, which extends in one direction to be formed into a circular-arc sectional shape having a center on an axis passing through a light emitting point 38 of the semiconductor laser 21 in the one direction, and a second produced part 37 is formed on the surface 36 of the second holder 25, which extends in one direction to be formed into a circular-arc sectional shape having a center on the axis, thereby constituting a semiconductor laser unit. This semiconductor laser unit is held between the wall surface of a housing chamber disposed in a housing and a leaf spring covering the opening part of the housing chamber to be mounted on the housing. Thus, with a simple configuration, the optical axis on X and Y planes and the light intensity distribution only in an X direction are easily adjusted with high working efficiency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
