PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sensitivity by reducing stray capacity at a portion, where the support ring of a diaphragm overlaps with a fixed pole via a spacer, without sacrificing performance and costs. SOLUTION: Irregularities 211 of a section waveform are formed at a bonding portion to the support ring 22 of the diaphragm 210, a high-strength adhesive 23a having strength stronger than press applied to an object stored in a knit case is filled into the irregularities 211 after curing to bond the diaphragm 210 to the support ring 22, and the support ring 22 is brought into contact with the spacer 40 at multiple points, thus substantially reducing the area of the portion, where the support ring 22 overlaps with the fixed pole 31 via the spacer 40, and reducing the stray capacity.
