PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit which is prevented from migration and is free of the reduction in insulation resistance even when being driven for a long time, and to provide a method of forming a conductive film having high conductivity at low cost. SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing the electronic circuit 10 includes: a metal wiring part forming step of forming a metal wiring part 14 containing a metal on a supporting member 12; and a mercapto compound adsorption step of bringing a metal ion trapping agent (mercapto compound-containing solution) into contact with the metal wiring part to cause the metal wiring part to adsorb a mercapto compound.
