PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer program for reducing a local analysis time of a Web page, and a method of using a text file. SOLUTION: A test analyzing section 202 analyzes the contents of the text file and converts the analyzed text file into a program internal expression. An internal expression storing section 203 stores the converted program internal expression in a file storing section 204 together with information that shows the unconverted text file. A read determining section 206 refers to information stored in the internal expression storing section 203 on receipt of a designation of the text file, and determines whether the program internal expression corresponding to the designated text file is stored in the file storing section 204.
