PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cooking apparatus capable of dispensing a predetermined amount of cooked material and reducing deterioration of the cooked material within a predetermined time. SOLUTION: The cooking apparatus includes a container 4 provided in a body 1, a pump 11 which dispenses the cooked material inside the container 4 to the outside of the container 4, a dispensing open valve 45 which opens or closes communication between the inside and outside of the container 4, and control arrangement 51 for controlling the pump 11 and the dispensing open valve 45 so as to open communication between the inside and outside of the container 4 when dispensing the cooked material. Further, the cooking apparatus includes a decompression pump 47 which is intended to reduce pressure in the container 4 and is controlled by the control arrangement 51 so as to operate in a condition to close communication between the inside and outside of the container 4. In this case, the deterioration of the cooked material due to oxidation can be prevented by reducing the pressure in the container 4 with the decompression pump 47 operated in the condition to close communication between the inside and outside of the container 4 with the dispensing open valve 45.
