PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively protect a rear seat occupant in a frontal collision without remarkably increasing weight. SOLUTION: A frame of a seat back 12 in a front seat 10 is constituted to be divided into a lower frame 41 and an upper frame 42, for instance. The upper and lower frames 41 and 42 are connected by link members 51 and 52, for instance. Load of front moving from the occupant PR on a rear seat 30 is acted on the seat back 12 (upper frame 42) in a standing state by the frontal collision of a vehicle, at least the upper part (upper frame 42) of the seat back 30 is moved downward so that lower moving amount may be larger than front moving amount.
