PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a high sealability without any risk of settling or restoration power decline like the root of a slit. SOLUTION: The biopsy port 12 is configured so that an elastic tube body 15, whose upper end is closed for instance, is arranged in close contact with the insertion path 14h of a biopsy port body 14 of a rubber material, and is arranged at a biopsy port 10 provided on the introducing port of an endoscopic treatment instrument insertion channel. The elastic tube body 15 is fixed to the port body 14 by engaging two upper and lower projections 16 provided on the outer periphery with an engaging groove provided in the insertion path 14h of the port body 14. A treatment instrument guide path 14K formed as an inverted conical inclined concave surface spreading toward the outer side is provided on the entrance of the insertion path 14h, and the treatment instrument is inserted from the guide path 14K to the insertion path 14h.
