PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fittings body with a design full of variety, which can obtain ventilation, sufficient daylighting, and sight through. SOLUTION: An upper louver board 2 is attached to a head portion 1a of a frame body 1; a face material 3 is attached to a vertical intermediate frame portion 1b; and a lower louver board 4 is attached to a sill material 1c. Thus, the ventilation can be performed by the head portion 1a and the sill portion 1c; the sufficient daylighting and the sight through can be applied through the face material 3; the fitting body can have the design full of variety; and an operation portion, which brings the upper and lower louver boards 2 and 4 into a closed or opened attitude by rotating the upper and lower louver boards 2 and 4, is attached to a vertical intermediate portion of a jamb 12, so as to facilitate the operation of rotating the upper and lower louver boards 2 and 4.
