#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves determining that whether a path of turbulent flowing cooling lubricant or compressed-air radiations is not deflected by a broken tool or by a workpiece, where the workpiece is incompletely processed by the broken tool before the impact of the turbulent flowing cooling lubricant or compressed-air radiations.
