<p>The rotor blade has openings provided with a centrifugal force weight that is made of hard rubber. Standard parts provide net logarithmic mathematics for catching wind. Holes in the rotor blade are closed for wind deflection. The wind is guided through a body at deep inner points in a suction hopper guide and discharged at a rear side of a rotor of a wind turbine in an angle of below 45 degree in a running direction as a propulsive turbojet. An independent claim is also included for a wind turbine comprising rotor blades and an inertia damper.</p>
