A lighting device for the refinement visual inspection is provided to emit the heat generated from a plurality of white light-emitting diode light sources by installing a metal radiating plate. A lighting device for the refinement visual inspection comprises a plurality of white light-emitting diode light sources(12) and a metal radiating plate(14). A plurality of white light-emitting diode light sources is inserted into the inner circumference of a lighting unit. The white light-emitting diode light sources are arranged around an optical axis with the annular shape in order to illuminate the returned refinement within the lighting unit. The metal radiating plate is assembled with a thermal conductance insulating material as an interposer. The thermal conductance insulating material is coated on the outer circumference of the lighting unit. The metal radiating plate emits the generated heat in the white light-emitting diode light source to outside.
