FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: sealing device for container for beverage such as beer bottle contains locking plate to which diaphragm is connected. Diaphragm and the plate constrain gas reservoir. Moving part of flexible material is connected to the diaphragm. The upper end of moving part in form of tube or pocket is open and connected to the gas reservoir. The other end is actually closed and has a hole for gas inflow/outflow. Moving part is connected to the rest of diaphragm by at least one pair of fold lines of controversial direction. When sealing device is connected to the container, gas inflow/outflow hole is higher than liquid level. Main container space and reservoir are filled with compressed gas. When the pressure goes down, pressure difference on the moving part results into turn concerning fold lines so the moving part moves from the locking plate, inflow/outflow hole is beneath liquid surface and compressed gas in gas reservoir is supplied to liquid in the container. ^ EFFECT: foam is provided on beer or required turbulence for mixing. ^ 9 cl, 4 dwg |
