<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily generate navigation data by using a broadcast program, such as a trip program and information on the internet corresponding to the broadcast program. <P>SOLUTION: A personalized navigation data generating part 241 acquires basic navigation information 233 for a program corresponding to a broadcast program. A filter processing part 241a filters points of the basic navigation information 233 for a program on the basis of constraints to generate personalized navigation information. An information adding part 241b adds history points close to the filtered points in history points 261 to the personalized navigation information. Further, the information adding part 241b adds relevant points from an URI of a marked portion in the broadcast program to the personalized navigation information.
