摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for regenerating chlorofluorocarbon, which has high removal rates of impurities from chlorofluorocarbon, the size of which is made smaller and the safety of which is improved. <P>SOLUTION: A needle valve 30 is arranged on a first pipeline 15 which connects a gas outlet of a cylinder 1 for recovered chlorofluorocarbon to a gas inflow port 23 of an electric dust collector 20. A gas discharge port 26 of the electric dust collector 20 is connected to an inlet of a condenser 50 and an outlet of the condenser 50 is connected to a liquid inflow/outflow port of a cylinder 8 for regenerated chlorofluorocarbon. The chlorofluorocarbon, which is discharged from the cylinder 1 for recovered chlorofluorocarbon and gasified, is made to pass through a narrow passage in the needle valve 30 to electrify impurities in the recovered chlorofluorocarbon. The electrified impurities are removed in the electric dust collector 20. The impurity-removed gasified chlorofluorocarbon is liquefied again in the condenser 50 and the liquefied chlorofluorocarbon is housed in the cylinder 8 for regenerated chlorofluorocarbon. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
