PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device capable of obtaining a laser beam of excellent beam quality and of a high output, without thinning a diameter of an optical fiber, and capable of preventing mechanical reliability from getting worse. SOLUTION: The light source device has a plurality of light sources, each optical fiber for guiding an emission light from each light source, and a refractive index distribution type lens connected to a tip of each light source, and the respective refractive index distribution type lenses are bundled, and have lengths and refractive index distributions of making small a spread angle of the beam, compared with the case of emitting the beam directly from the optical fiber.
