PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative plate showing high productivity without causing a bulge on a surface margin portion in the vicinity of a butt end surface. SOLUTION: The decorative plate is made by integrally stacking a wooden fiber board 20 and a decorative sheet 21 orderly on a tabular base material 10 composed of a plurality of integrally stacked veneers 11 to 15, and has a tongue part 16 and a groove part 17 both formed on the opposing two side end surfaces respectively. The outer circumferential end surface of the wooden fiber board 20 and both the butt end surfaces of the surface veneer 11 of the tabular base material 10 are covered with a waterproof colored layer 22 and a transparent coat film layer 23.
