PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve miniaturization and high power by improving an output/volume ratio to miniaturize a motor used underwater for use in a narrow part. SOLUTION: An electrical insulating material 8 having thermal conductivity higher than that of air is filled inside a casing 2 housing a reducer 3, a motor 4, a resolver 5. The heat dissipation of the motor 4 is improved by using the electrical insulating material 8 having high thermal conductivity. The capacity of coil of the motor 4 can be increased.
