PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible wiring board which is capable of preventing a reinforcing portion formed at an terminal part from falling off and superior in electrical characteristics and connection reliability. SOLUTION: In the flexible wiring board, an end part of a PET film 11 is bent toward the other surface side of the resin film 11, and laminated on a rear surface side of the terminal part 15 as a reinforcing part 16, and further the inner side of the bent portion is bonded with a bonding material 17.
