PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a periodical change of measured results of a mass spectroscope without inviting enlargement of the system. SOLUTION: A mechanism for measuring temperature of a high-voltage power supply circuit 16 output to an ion acceleration section of the flight-time type mass spectroscope is arranged, and correction of mass spectrum data measured at the same time is performed on a data processing section 18 by referring to temperature data. For example, the whole primary section of the system is not set up at constant temperature, the temperature of the location is always measured by examining a location giving the maximal influence to a flight time, and the mass spectrum obtained from the relationship between temperature changes and changes of the flight time is corrected.
