PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user who is actually out at a location or at home to experience others' situations at the location and feel a loose connection with others, or to relive his/her own past situation at the location and recollect memories. SOLUTION: When a current position is measured by or specified on a user terminal and sent to a server, the server sends to the user terminal image information about photographs shot from positions within a fixed distance of the current position, information indicating the shooting positions, and the photographers' biological information at the shooting.
