PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pixel structure of an array substrate of a thin film transistor liquid crystal display. SOLUTION: The pixel structure of the array substrate of the thin film transistor liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) is provided with a pixel electrode, a gate line and a data line, and the gate line and the data line intersect with each other to define a pixel unit and a parasitic capacitor is formed on a portion where the gate line and the data line are intersected and laminated. Further, a branch is formed on the gate line, a protective capacitor is formed by the branch and the data line, the protective capacitor is arranged in parallel with the parasitic capacitor, and the electric capacitance of the protective capacitor is less than that of the parasitic capacitor.
