PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic device which can prevent unstable movement of paper when a part not passed through a fixing nip part is reduced, and provide a good print quality in various kinds of papers regardless of the thickness, thermal contraction rate and size of paper. SOLUTION: The fixing device including a heating roller and a pressure roller provided to be pressed onto the heating roller, and adapted to fix an unfixed image held by paper to the paper by nipping and carrying the paper holding an unfixed toner image by the heating roller and the pressure roller includes a compressed air blowing means for blowing compressed air toward the surface of the paper, which is provided on the upstream side of a part where the paper is nipped by the heating roller and the pressure roller, and at least one outlet port from the compressed air blowing means.
