PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device provided with an array substrate reliably repaired by laser. SOLUTION: The display device having an active area constituted by a plurality of pixels comprises: a gate line G and a source line S disposed to cross each other through an insulating layer in the active area, a switching element 220 disposed in each pixel to be connected with the gate line and the source line, an organic insulating film 240 disposed to overlap with the switching element, and a display electrode 230 disposed in each pixel to be connected with the switching element. The organic insulating film is formed in a pattern so as not to overlap at least one of a connection part SS between the source line and the switching element, the gate line located at both sides across a GS intersection where the gate line and the source line cross each other, and the source line located at both sides across the GS intersection.
