摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror surface cooling dew point meter for reducing restrictions when an optical fiber is routed, and flexibly disposing components. SOLUTION: The mirror surface cooling dew point meter includes: a LED 12 as a light emitting section; a PD 13 as a light receiving section; one optical fiber 14 for transmitting a light irradiated by the LED 12 to a mirror 4, receiving reflection light of the light irradiated to the surface 4A of the mirror 4, and transmitting it to the PD 13; and a beam splitter 10 for separating the reflection light on the surface 4A of the mirror supplied through one common optical fiber 14, and transmitting it to the PD 13. A conventional constitution uses two or more optical fibers as a light emitting optical fiber, and a light receiving optical fiber. The irradiation light transmitted to the mirror 4 and the reflection light reflected by the mirror 4 are transmitted by one optical fiber 14 without using two or more optical fibers.
