PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine which has countermeasures against morning service and prevents it from being perceived by game parlor staffs, moreover, prevents it from being prepared even though the game parlor staff perceives it. SOLUTION: The slot machine comprises a control device and a human sensor which detects a game player. The control device comprises: a lottery means which performs lottery for losing or winning any of a plurality of winning combinations; a detected information memory means which memorizes detection information about the detection after the game player is detected by the human sensor; and a detection presence or absence determination means which determines whether the detection information memory means memorizes the detection information or not right after inputting a start signal. When the start signal is input, the lottery means performs the lottery when the detection information presence or absence determination means determines that the detection information is memorized, but it does not perform the lottery when the detection presence or absence determination means determines that the detection information is not memorized.
