PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously use both of a treatment instrument and a syringe without providing a manual plug in two parts, and to prevent the damage of a slit by the insertion of the syringe. SOLUTION: A body 14 of the biopsy port 12 has an insertion path 14h communicating with a treatment instrument insertion channel Ch, and a path 14s for the syringe having a syringe port Eb is formed so as to be communicating with the insertion path 14h. An elastic tube body 16 is arranged so as to be closely attached to the insertion path 14h, the body insertion path side outlet of the path 14s for the syringe is closed by the side face of the elastic tube body 16, and also a plug part having a slit 18 into which the treatment instrument can be inserted is formed at the upper part of the elastic tube body 16. The elastic tube body 16 is fixed by engaging a flange-like projection part 16a with the engaging groove 14c of the insertion path 14h, and forms a flow path connecting the path 14s for syringe and the treatment instrument insertion channel Ch by being deformed so as to crush its side face.
