A LED base structure capable of improving the extraction efficiency, which comprises a body (41) having a supporting part (42). The supporting part has a first surface (421), a second surface (422) and a third surface (423). The first surface is used for supporting the LED chip (20); the second surface is a full wave-band light reflecting surface and is connected with the first surface; the third surface is the external surface of the body and is connected with the second surface. The second surface is used for fully reflecting the side rays emitting from the LED chip.
