The inventive pneumatic hydraulic power plant comprises, interconnected, a primary power source which is provided with a means for concentrating air flows and power-generating equipment which comprises: a means which is used for forming a working medium into an air flow with permanent force and flow velocity characteristics and is designed in the form of a pneumatic accumulator coupled to the means for concentrating air flows and, if necessary, to a compressor, a working member in the form of a pneumatic hydraulic radial engine and a generator. The pneumatic hydraulic radial engine comprises the following components arranged in the cylindrical reservoir with a liquid as to form a hydraulic cycle: a rotor with a horizontal axis of rotation connected to the generator and blade-shaped working elements, wherein the reservoir axis coincides with the rotor axis of rotation and the blades are radially mounted on the rotor with a smallest clearance between the blades and the inner surface of the reservoir wall, wherein the reservoir, in the bottom section thereof, is hermetically coupled to the pneumatic accumulator by means of at least one inlet orifice in such a way that it makes it possible to continuously and directionally supply the air flow to the surface of the rotor blades whichare situated in the area of the inlet orifice, which reservoir is provided, in the upper section thereof, with exhaust air removing means. |
