An environmental friendly rain container and a construction method of the same are provided to remove the odor generating source and to prevent the decay of deposit. An environmental friendly rain container comprises a main body(10), a height adjustment block(20), a height adjustment frame(30), a curb(40), a rain contacting grating(50), a connection pipe(60) and an odor generating source preventive film(70). The main body is the rectangular shape. A curved surface wall(12) is formed at the inner lower part of the main body. A projection(14) is formed with the fixed height at the inner upper part of the main body. The height adjustment block is installed on the top of the main body. The height adjustment frame is fixed through the projection of the main body and height adjustment block. The curb is fixed on the top of the height adjustment block. The grating is fixed on the top of the frame for the height control.
