<p>The present invention pertains to composition of artificial lightweight friable ceramic filler-material, as well as to ceramic heat insulating and drainage material and to technological process for obtaining thereof, in which industrial waste containing high amount of aluminum compounds is used as porosifying agent. New minerals with high mechanical properties and gasiform substances are performed from the compounds of industrial waste during the sintering process of porous ceramics. One part of compounds, contained in industrial waste comprising aluminum, is converted into non-stable compounds that could be decomposed by burning porous ceramics and stimulates the porosifying process. In their turn, the second part of compounds takes part in the origination process of new minerals with high mechanical properties, which is base for production of products with high mechanical resistance. The invention belongs also to preparation of raw-materials for ceramic fillers, to making quantitative structure for composition of ceramic mass, to technology for shaping articles and regime of burning-process. The field for using porous ceramics is production of constructive lightweight concrete with decreased density, improved mechanical and heat insulation properties. Invention is suitable for making heat insulation and drainage systems for both vertical and horizontal surfaces in the places where high resistance to mechanical forces is requested, for example, bridges, and industrial slabs, and the like.</p> |
