FIELD: medicine; traumatology and orthopaedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: ischium osteotomy is performed above attaching points of lig. sacrotuberal and lig. sacrospinale. It is followed with osteotomy of ilium isthmus. Acetabular fragment is transpositioned ectad-forward-downward. The ensured position is fixed with bone grafts and pins. ^ EFFECT: method provides repair of anatomically correct intraarticular relation of cotyloid cavity and femoral head, elimination of postoperative complications, and reduction of treatment time. ^ 3 dwg
