<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice processor of an ADPCM voice transmission system capable of coping with reception errors caused by radio wave interference, etc., to prevent occurrence of scratch noise and suppressing deterioration in sound quality at the time of reception error occurrence to the minimum, and to provide its audio processing method. <P>SOLUTION: A cordless telephone 1 functions as a voice processor of the ADPCM voice transmission system for transmitting voice data differentially quantized by an ADPCM method. The cordless telephone 1 comprises an error detection portion 33 for detecting existence of an error in a transmission frame containing voice data, an error determination portion 34 for determining the weight of a detected error when the error is detected by the error detection portion 33, an audio processing portion 35 for rectifying voice data with a correction value according to the weight of the error determined by the error determination portion 34, and an ADPCM decoding portion 36 for decoding the rectified voice data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
