<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithographic printing original plate which can efficiently form images by laser exposure and excels in printing resistance, impression property, and on-press development property, and to provide a printing method using it. <P>SOLUTION: The lithographic printing original plate includes an image recording layer and a protection layer in this order on the supporting body thereof, the protection layer characteristically containing a lamiae compound, the image recording layer containing a high polymer having a phosphonium structure as a side chain. The printing method, including the exposure process wherein the lithographic printing original plate is exposed in an image fashion, and the printing process wherein oil ink and dampening water are provided to conduct printing without executing any development processes on the lithographic printing original plate after the exposure, enables to obtain a printed matter by removing unexposed parts of the image recording layer in the course of the printing process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
