<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stain-proof facility and a stain-proof method for a hull capable of suppressing the deposition of deposited living matters on the hull. <P>SOLUTION: This stain-proof facility 1 for preventing the hull 12 of a ship 10 anchored to a quay Q from being stained comprises a surrounding member 20 and suspended attracting bodies 22.
