<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet absorbing agent composition with improved resistance to thermal discoloration, and a synthetic resin composition containing the same, as well as an optical film and an optical sheet using the synthetic resin composition. <P>SOLUTION: The ultraviolet absorbing agent composition containing a triazine-based compound represented by general formula (1), a diaryl pentaerythritol diphosphite compound with a predetermined structure, and/or a cyclic phosphite compound with a predetermined structure, and/or a hindered phenol-based compound with a predetermined structure, is compounded with a synthetic resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
