APPARATUS FOR ADJUSTING DEGREE OF KNEADING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for adjusting the degree of kneading which eliminates a clearance by pressing packing members provided between a shaft and a bearing of a slot bar with a packing press and thereby prevents the oxidation of a product caused by the absorption of atmospheric air.

SOLUTION: In the apparatus for adjusting the degree of kneading, the shaft 5 of a pair of slot bars 4 provided in a direction vertical to a shaft direction of each screw in a cylinder 1 is journaled by the bearing 2c provided at the cylinder 1, the packing members 30 provided between the bearings 2a to 2d and the shaft 5 is pressed by the packing press 41 and a screw body 42 adjusts the pressing state of the packing press 41.
