PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting structure of an instrument for a vehicle that suppresses increase in the number of components, reduces the manufacturing cost, has high appearance quality and three-dimensional appearance, and provides color that allows individual recognition of a warning lamp, or the like. SOLUTION: In a light emitting section 30, a ring-like lighting section 35 is formed annularly, on the surface side of the transparent cover front member 27 so as to surround the periphery of a speed meter section 21a in the front view. In the ring-like lighting section 35, both the lower ends of a pair of bent sections 35a and 35a are interconnected through a horizontal straight line section 35b so that it has a curve, having a crescent moon shape having facing inside surfaces has substantially the same rectangular cross-sectional shape and substantially the same cross section at any part. The illumination light of LEDs 26 and 26 is made to come from light incoming surface sections 33 and 33 into columnar light guide sections 32 and 32 of a light guide path 31, and is guided to a driver's seat side which is the back direction of the vehicle, and a side-end surface 30a is made to emit light.
