FINISHER, PAPER SHEET DISCHARGING METHOD AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably prevent paper jam when a paper sheet or a bundle of paper sheets are discharged by a bundle claw. SOLUTION: In this finisher, a conveying unit includes a nipping claw to nip a paper sheet bundle and conveys the paper sheet bundle to a predetermined direction while nipping the paper sheet bundle with the nipping claw. A discharge roller sequentially discharges the paper sheet bundle conveyed by the conveying unit. A stack unit stacks the paper sheet bundle conveyed by the conveying unit. A shutter is provided between the discharge roller and the stack unit. A push-out lever is fixed to the discharge roller. An opening is provided on one side of the shutter, and a push-out part for protruding the push-out lever from the opening of the shutter to the stack unit along with turning operation of the nipping claw is provided on the nipping claw. The push-out lever protruded to the stack unit by the push-out part pushes out the paper sheet bundle to the stack unit in accordance with the turning operation of the nipping claw.
