PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more efficient synthetic route to the product and a high yield and high purity refining method of candesartan cilexetil without further compound loss or extra generation steps which are liable to increase the cost and time of the refining method required for the treatment effect of candesartan cilexetil. SOLUTION: This invention provides a crystal of candesartan cilexetil and its preparation method, and also a pharmaceutical composition prepared by combination of one or more pharmaceutically permissible vehicles and this one or more crystals of candesartan cilexetil.
