PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit even a lesser experienced medical worker to reduce risks for patients during dialysis and permits dialysis to be efficiently carried out by permitting the workers to guide a rate of change in the quantity of circulated blood to an appropriate value. SOLUTION: The hemodialyzer has a hemodialysis implementation section having a blood processor to process a patient's blood and a control section for controlling the hemodialysis implementation section. The control section has a maximum change rate setting section for setting a maximum change rate of the quantity of circulated blood and a guideline generation section for generating a guideline Q to guide the change rate of the quantity of circulated blood so as to make the rate equal to or lower than the maximum change rate set by the maximum change rate setting section.
