PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular electromagnetic actuator suppressed in the breakage of a member against an input of a huge external force, unnecessary to supply huge power in order to absorb an input of the huge external force, and suppressed in an increase of the dimension of a motor. SOLUTION: This vehicular electromagnetic actuator mounted on a vehicle and formed to be positively and actively extended and shrunken in the vertical direction includes a screw shaft 16, a ball screw nut 17 to which the screw shaft 16 is rotatably screwed, a motor 11 connected to the screw shaft 16, a support member 13 rotatably supporting the screw shaft 16, an inner tube 14 holding the ball screw nut 17, and an outer tube 18 connected to a wheel at one end thereof and provided freely slid through the inner tube 14. This vehicular electromagnetic actuator is also provided with a coil spring 15a supported at both ends thereof between an upper end of the ball screw nut 17 in the axil direction and the support member 13, and a coil spring 15b supported at both ends thereof between a lower end of the ball screw nut 17 in the axial direction and the outer tube 18.
